Chili Ginger Marinade

Chili ginger prawns

Serving Suggestions:

Allegra's chili ginger prawns(2 servings)
you'll need:
10 - 15 tiger prawns, peeled & deveined
2tblsp Allegra's chili ginger marinade
salt
1/2 lime juice
sour cream


how to proceed:

- mix prawns with marinade and refridgerate for about 1 hour
- place in non-stick fry pan, add a pinch of salt and fry on medium heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring regularly
- add lime juice and serve with a side dish of sour cream 

- Enjoy!

 

 

 

Marinated chicken salad ( 2 servings )
you'll need:
1 chicken breast, thinly sliced
3 tblsp Allegra's chili ginger marinade
salt
1/3 cup creamy salad dressing such as our Swiss dressing (or mayonnaise dilluted with white balsamic vinegar)
lemon juice 
your favorite blend of mixed greens
shredded carrots and cucumber


how to proceed:

- season the meat with salt, fry on high heat on all sides
- reduce heat to low, add in the marinade and cook until chicken is done; add a little lemon juice
-remove chicken from marinade, set aside; cool marinade for a few minutes
- Whisk the marinade into the dressing and toss with all other ingredients into the salad
- serve immediatly

- Enjoy!
